Refund policy

Glow & Co. offers a conditional Money-Back Guarantee for customers who use our products correctly and consistently.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be used for at least 7 consecutive days as per the provided instructions. Customers are required to submit clear evidence of product usage, such as date-stamped photos or videos, along with their refund request within 14 days of delivery.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and will not be approved in cases of incorrect usage, insufficient proof, change of mind, personal preference, or individual sensitivities. Glow & Co. reserves the right to approve or decline any claim based on compliance with this policy.
